Have you read the book (beats the movie!!) Charlie and the Chocolate Factory? If you have, I don’t need to mention that this pic is my impression of the kid falling in the chocolate tube and down the candy river.
Today we went to the Heineken Brewery in Amsterdam. Pretty cool to understand the delicacy of beer making and the passion that goes into this process (unless, of course, Budweiser is your brand).
Our training regiment, we have decided, to keep this older machine running effectively, is to take a day off after three days of training.
It was great to tour through Amsterdam and stroll the canal-lined avenues on this off-day.

We were actually in Holland from the 14th to the 24th. Stayed up north in Friesland visiting family of Engelina. Cool.
