Refresh and Regroup

I spent the day on Sunday up at the cottage. It was a wonderful chance to sit by the water, go for a dip, cut the grass, and completely unwind.
I’m quite attached to this place, for obvious reasons. My whole family lives on the west coast of Canada, so, being the only one in Ontario, where we all lived growing up, I get sole access to this slice of perfection. I grew up spending my summers on this water. In the winter my dad would build a bonfire on the 24 inches of ice while we played shinny hockey and roasted hot dogs.
On Saturday we leave again for Europe. Moscow is our first tournament during this next 5-week stint where we will continue our pursuit of the FIVB podium.
